Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

1. On entering pvideo.eu (hereinafter the "Site"), as a user you undertake to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.
By acquiring Site membership, you become a Full Member of pvideo.eu and undertake to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. In these Terms and Conditions, the terms "Member" and/or "Full Member" and/or "Membership" and/or "Full Membership" will refer to pvideo.eu.

2. These Terms and Conditions may be amended by pvideo.eu at any time and such amendments will be effective immediately with no requirement to provide notice to every Member. pvideo.eu may at any time and without explanation terminate one or more of the Site?s services and/or benefits, with no requirement to provide notice to every Member. Please, read the important sections regarding the Site?s refunding policy.

3. Your membership cannot be transferred or assigned.

4. By becoming a member you hereby authorize all fees and/or charges for your Membership to be charged to your credit card, or any other goods or services you use on, through and/or belonging to the Site.

5. NON-TRANSFER / THEFT OF LOGIN. Your Membership, username and password (Login) shall not be assigned or transferred to any other individual or organization. Users and Members are to report to pvideo.eu any apparent breach of security such as: loss, theft or unauthorized exposure of their username or password. Until such breach of security is reported to pvideo.eu by email, you will be personally liable for any unauthorized use of the Service.

6. As a Member, you are personally liable and will defend, indemnify and hold pvideo.eu, the Site and Site Owner harmless from any and all damages (including loss of rights, loss of ownership, fines and penalties), losses and costs (including solicitor fees) as a result of any download or other unauthorized duplication, whether only by the user or Member or with the authority of any other party, including government agents.

7. You are to keep your login strictly confidential. For security reasons, pvideo.eu will not divulge passwords for any reason to any person other than the Member, except when specifically required by law or court order.

8. The materials on this Site are provided "as is", with no express warranty of any kind including marketing warranties and warranties of non-infringement of intellectual property or suitability for a specific purpose.
pvideo.eu offers no assurances regarding non-interruption or non-existence of errors in the services.
pvideo.eu does not warrant the accuracy or comprehensiveness of the information, text, graphics, links or other items it contains. Any information offered on the Site may be changed at any time without notice.
The subscriber has available all required information on refusals, non-applicability or restriction thereof, on statutory rights protecting the subscriber and variations thereof subject to country/jurisdiction or otherwise.

9. pvideo.eu and the Site are not responsible for any of the information found on the Site. In the event that any of the materials or services provided are faulty and/or cause any damage to your system or any loss or inconvenience caused to the subscriber or any person referring their complaints to the subscriber, it will be the subscriber who bears all costs and liabilities arising from issue.

10. The Site will under no circumstances be held liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to any user, participant or other third party arising from temporary suspension of business and/or availability of the Site or Site systems.

11. In the event that pvideo.eu or the Site should be deemed liable for any execution fault, error, omission, interruption, flaw, delay or otherwise and without prejudice to whether this occurs based on breach of contract, negligence or any other claim of cause, the maximum liability of pvideo.eu, the Site and Site owner will be no more than the membership fee paid by the subscriber in the preceding month. In certain countries or jurisdictions, limitation or extension of liability for incidental or consequential damages is not permitted. However, neither pvideo.eu, nor the Site, nor the Site owner, nor any of its providers, licenses or other subscribers are under any circumstances or legal argument liable to the subscriber or third parties for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any nature including, without restriction, damages for losses of any kind, taking into account moreover, although not exclusively, well-intentioned losses, business stoppage, fault or poor operation of computer hardware and any other equipment.

12. All material held on this Site is treated as intellectual property, has a Copyright and is protected by Copyright clauses included in international conventions. The material held on the Site may not be reproduced, copied, edited, published or transmitted, nor have information added in any way without prior written consent.

13. Every Site user warrants, through these terms and conditions, that he/she is over 18 years of age (21 in certain locations, regions or countries and any other location where 18 is not the legal age), is qualified in all respects and is an able person with capacity to enter into this agreement.

14. In the event that the Site should cease to exist or trade, it is hereby specified that all Memberships (of all kinds) will be terminated immediately with no notice from any of the parties hereto.

15. SUBSCRIPTION FEES. Subscriber payment will be processed confidentially by a secure third-party operator of pvideo.eu. The Subscriber will be required to pay:

8.95 Euro for a 1-month Premium Membership (Membership will be renewed automatically at 8.95 Euro per month every 30 days until cancelled in advance by the Subscriber).

16. TERMINATION / CANCELLATION. Your membership may be cancelled at any time and with no explanation from pvideo.eu or from you, by giving prior notice through the Site resignation section. Once you or the Site terminate or cancel the subscription you will not be liable to receive refunds of any kind.
In the event that the Site should cease to exist or trade entirely, it is hereby specified that all Memberships (of all kinds) will be cancelled immediately with no notice from any of the parties hereto.
